		<description>I agree that the importance of ease-of-use is not limited to just startups.  In fact, big companies often fall into the complexity trap even more often (as they can become complacent).  If you&#039;re big, you might already have a stable-base of customers, and ease-of-use might be easier to justify investments in.

  Also, as a daily VS2005 user, my compliments on the product.  Very impressive.</description>
