Ajax = Chocolate = Happiness, and so we knew, when we started planning FogBugz 5.0, that Ajax features would be an important part of this release.

Joel Spolsky, one of my favorite authors, has a Ux post-mortem, of sorts, on his blog about his company’s bug tracking product, FogBugz.
